HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
All our equipment is cleaned, tested and checked before leaving our unit. If any equipment on hire from Qubed Audio develops a fault you must get in contact with us within 24 hours, otherwise you could be liable to pay the complete cost of a replacement unit.

Unless specified, all equipment hired is the absolute property of Qubed Audio. We would politely ask that you treat all equipment as if it was your own. We expect that all equipment must be returned in a clean and tidy state with no obstructive debris, or anything that could stain the equipment or render it in inappropriate condition.
This applies in particular to microphones which should be returned in their protective casing as well as loudspeakers if applicable. A £15.00 penalty charge per item will be made for equipment not returned in a suitable fashion.

We also ask our clients to take full responsibility ensuring a safe collection, storage and drop off of equipment during their hire. Any equipment lost or stolen during the hire will be subject to the client being liable to pay the complete cost of a replacement unit or a similar product if the particular item is discontinued.
The £15.00 penalty charge will also apply to all items on hire if equipment is not collected or dropped off in time.

To extend the lifespan of our cables please return them neatly coiled and taped with PVC tape (please do not use Gaffa tape or parcel tape).
A recoiling charge of £5.00 per cable is applied to cables not returned in a suitable fashion.

Any damage to or loss of any equipment on hire, injury to people or damage to property due to the misuse of equipment and/or their setup & weight guidelines, however caused is the full responsibility of the client. The client is expected to take out adequate PLI insurance cover to indemnify Qubed Audio against any such liability.

Cancelling a hire contract is possible but will result in an administration charge of 25% of the hire cost if not completed 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date.

Qubed Audio is not liable for any failure to supply a product or service where that failure is caused by an event that could not reasonably have been foreseen, forestalled or prevented. This may include (but is not limited to) acts of war, terrorism, natural disasters and acts of God.
